We want the book and bears to go to children affected by epilepsy and appreciate everyone who donates any amount of books or bears!
To donate, you can pick any item you’d like to donate (including packs and bundles) and at checkout, change shipping to “donate my order”. We will take care of the rest!
If you have someone you want to send the bear to directly, put their name in the delivery part of checkout and send us an email with what you’d like to include in a note!

At this time, individual copies, as well as “packs” of Char Bear Keeps Dancing are available for pre-order!
You may choose your order to be sent to you or “donated”. Donations will be provided to pediatric epilepsy centers, while a portion of all proceeds will go to more books in more languages and donations to the children and families affected by pediatric epilepsy.
If you choose to donate, know that you are helping a family in their darkest hour receive a source of comfort, and unique resources they wouldn’t otherwise be offered.

There are about 2,500 newly diagnosed cases per year. Unfortunately, that number does not account for the many that are still undiagnosed.
By creating Char Bear Keeps Dancing, we hope to help both children and adults better understand and identify Infantile Spasms. The book is not only a helpful resource to increase awareness, but plays an important role in increasing prompt diagnoses, too.
