Infantile Spasms is rare.

Affecting only about 3 in 10,000, most children and families will, thankfully, never be directly affected. We don’t want this book to sit on a shelf collecting dust. We want it to go to families it can help.

  • At this time, individual copies, as well as “packs” of Char Bear Keeps Dancing are available to order!

You may choose your order to be sent to you or “donated”. Donations will be provided to pediatric epilepsy centers, while a portion of all proceeds will go to more books in more languages and donations to the children and families affected by pediatric epilepsy.

If you choose to donate, know that you are helping a family in their darkest hour receive a source of comfort, and unique resources they wouldn’t otherwise be offered.

As a family who has experienced it, we can’t thank you enough. 💜

  • To make this resource accessible to as many families as possible, we are publishing “Char Bear Keeps Dancing” in three languages.

  • There are about 2,500 newly diagnosed cases per year in the United States alone. Unfortunately, that number does not account for the many that are still undiagnosed.

By creating Char Bear Keeps Dancing, we hope to help both children and adults better understand and identify Infantile Spasms. The book is not only a helpful resource to increase awareness, but plays an important role in increasing prompt diagnoses, too.
